Frank exuded positive energy; his colorful voice was known by all. He never met a stranger. Whether with his family, neighbors, alumni groups, Church, the boys’ sports teams, or his many friends, he sought ways to make changes for the better. He thrived on building relationships, connecting with people, and serving them however he could. A humble man, Frank’s greatest fulfillment came from spending time with the people he loved, and from his faith in God. Amidst a long illness and right up to his last day, he was completely at peace with where God was leading him.
